Q: Do I have to make reservations to bounce?
- No. Our Open Bounce Hours are open for anyone to bounce. No reservations needed.
Q: Can I drop my child off?
- No. Children under 18 years of age are required to have a Responsible Adult (Age 18+) accompany them.
Q: What ages can bounce?
- Our bounce arena is geared toward ages 2 to 10 years old, but all ages are welcome to bounce. Parents and adults can bounce too with a paid admission.
Q: Do parents have to pay if they are not bouncing?
- Parents/Guardians/Caregivers are free for supervision purposes. They are welcome to hang out on the bounce floor with the children. If supervisors would like to bounce on the equipment, we ask that they pay for an admission.
Q: What should we wear?
- We suggest comfortable athletic type clothing. Socks are required for all bouncers. Long sleeve shirts and cotton or nylon pants are recommended since they make for faster sliding and prevent friction burns.
Q: How will the inflatables be cleaned/sanitized?
Q: What are the black little pellets that get stuck to my child's socks?
- We are lucky to have AstroTurf surface in our bounce arena. This creates a park-like play space, is less slippery to run on and is much safer for children to play on then hard surfaces. The only downfall to AstroTurf is the small rubber pellets that are used as the filler to give the turf its texture and softness. These pellets can end up in the inflatables and stuck to kids socks. We have had then tested by the Health Department and they are ruled SAFE and NON TOXIC for children to play on.
Q: Am I allowed to bring in outside food or drink?
- No. We do not allow outside food or drink to be brought in. We have a snack/concession area that has snacks and drinks for purchase. We keep the food at our facility to a minimum to limit the mess and keep the inflatables cleaner. The only acceptations are water bottles or outside cake or cupcakes may be brought in with a SCHEDULED PRIVATE PARTY.
Q: Are Socks required?
- Yes. Socks are REQUIRED for all bouncers. We have socks for purchase at the front desk if you forget. Supervisors are not required to remove shoes if not bouncing.
Q: Do I have to sign a waiver?
- Yes. All bounce participants must have a waiver signed by a caregiver (Age 18+).
